What does a home inspection include?

 

A complete home inspection includes a visual and operational examination of the home’s accessible systems and components. All inspections are performed in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards of practice. Our whole house inspection includes the following areas:
 

  • Roof/flashing/gutters

  • Foundation/basement

  • Electrical System

  • Interior plumbing system

  • Exterior walls/masonry/siding

  • Ceilings and floors

  • Windows and doors

  • Heating/cooling systems*

  • Water heater
